Earl Grapefruit Tonic

Ingredients

  • 40ml Gin
  • 20ml Earl Grey tea syrup
  • 100ml Sepoy & Co. Spiced Grapefruit Tonic
  • Garnish-grapefruit slice

Method

  1. Take 1/2 cup water then add 3-4 Earl Grey tea bags to brew. 
  2. Remove tea bags & and 1/2 sugar and stir till it dissolves, now cool it down.
  3. Add ice, gin & syrup to the glass.
  4. Top it up with a Spiced Grapefruit Tonic.
