Thai Basil Gin & Tonic

Give a herbal twist to your palette by making a cocktail with basil leaves. A culinary herb, basil has several
health benefits and feels refreshing when mixed in cocktails.

Ingredients 

60ml gin

1/2 cup Sepoy&Co Indian Tonic Water

Juice of half a lime

2 Thai basil leaves

5 Ice cubes

Method

Pour the lime juice and gin into a highball glass. Add basil and ginger and muddle. Fill the glass 3/4th of the way with
ice cubes and the remainder with tonic. Garnish with Thai basil leaves.
