Rumshine Spritz

Ingredients

• 45ml White Rum
• 15ml lemon simple syrup (optional)
• 100ml Sepoy's Sparkling Mineral Water
• Garnish-mint & lemon slices

Method

1. Add ice, white rum, lemon simple syrup, lemon & sage to a glass. 
2. Top it up with Sparkling Mineral Water.
