- 20ml lavender syrup
- Sepoy's Elderflower Tonic Water
- Garnish: rosemary sprig & lemon
Method
- Add pebble ice and lavender syrup to a glass & stir.
- Now pour the Elderflower Tonic Water and top it up with empress gin to form a layering effect.
