Kentucky Buck

Ingredients 

• 60ml Bourbon
• 15ml simple syrup
• 2 strawberries
• 2 dashes of angostura bitters
• 100ml Sepoy & Co. Premium Ginger Beer
• Garnish- Strawberry & Mint

Method 

1. Add ice, hulled strawberries, Bourbon, simple syrup & angostura bitters to a glass.
2. Top it up with Ginger Beer & garnish.
