Spiced Grapefruit Paloma


The Indian summer requires both its companions and escapes. There is no better cooling flavor than cucumber during this unforgiving season. The addition of a little creativity with an agave spirit and grapefruit makes it the perfect drink for a sunny day. 


  • 60ml tequila/mezcal
  • 30ml lime juice
  • 30ml simple syrup
  • 100ml Sepoy & Co. Spiced Grapefruit Tonic Water
  • Garnish-Grapefruit wedge


  1. Rim the glass with salt.
  2. Add tequila/mezcal, Sepoy's Spiced Grapefruit Tonic Water, lime juice, and simple syrup to the glass, and stir.
  3. Add ice and garnish with a grapefruit wedge.
