Berry Sour

- 45ml Rye Whiskey
- 7-8 muddled & strained Blueberries
- 15ml Sugar syrup
- 10ml Lime juice
- 1 egg white (optional)
- 50ml Sepoy & Co. Mixed Berry lemonade
Method
- Add Whiskey, lemon juice, simple syrup, muddled & strained blueberries and egg white, if using, to a shaker and dry-shake for 30 seconds without ice.
- Add ice and shake again until well-chilled.
- Strain into a rocks glass or a coupe over the Mixed berry lemonade.
- Garnish with Lemon peel & Pansy.
