Berry Sour



  • 45ml Rye Whiskey 
  • 7-8 muddled & strained Blueberries
  • 15ml Sugar syrup
  • 10ml Lime juice
  • 1 egg white (optional)
  • 50ml Sepoy & Co. Mixed Berry lemonade



  1. Add Whiskey, lemon juice, simple syrup, muddled & strained blueberries and egg white, if using, to a shaker and dry-shake for 30 seconds without ice. 
  2. Add ice and shake again until well-chilled. 
  3. Strain into a rocks glass or a coupe over the Mixed berry lemonade.
  4. Garnish with Lemon peel & Pansy.
