Ingredients

  • 45ml rye whisky 
  • 7-8 muddled & strained blueberries
  • 15ml sugar syrup
  • 10ml lime juice
  • 1 egg white (optional)
  • 60ml Sepoy & Co. Mixed Berry lemonade
  • Garnish-lemon & pansy

 

Method

  1. Add whisky, lemon juice, simple syrup, muddled & strained blueberries, and egg white, if using, to a shaker and dry-shake for 30 seconds without ice. 
  2. Add ice and shake again until well-chilled. 
  3. Strain into a coupe glass over the Mixed berry lemonade.
  4. Garnish with lemon peel & pansy.
