Berry Sour

- 45ml rye whisky
- 7-8 muddled & strained blueberries
- 15ml sugar syrup
- 10ml lime juice
- 1 egg white (optional)
- 60ml Sepoy & Co. Mixed Berry lemonade
- Garnish-lemon & pansy
Method
- Add whisky, lemon juice, simple syrup, muddled & strained blueberries, and egg white, if using, to a shaker and dry-shake for 30 seconds without ice.
- Add ice and shake again until well-chilled.
- Strain into a coupe glass over the Mixed berry lemonade.
- Garnish with lemon peel & pansy.
