- 50ml gin
- 10ml pink lady apple schnapps
- 10ml fresh lime juice
- 1 muddled finger lime
- 100ml Sepoy's Hibiscus Tonic Water
- Garnish: wattle
- Chill a martini glass with ice.
- Now in a mixing glass, muddle finger lime. Fill with ice then add all ingredients and stir until chilled. Discard ice from a martini glass.
- Fine strain the mixture into a martini glass and top it up with Hibiscus Tonic Water.
