 Ingredients

• 50ml gin
• 10ml pink lady apple schnapps
• 10ml fresh lime juice
• 1 muddled finger lime
• 100ml Sepoy's Hibiscus Tonic Water
• Garnish: wattle

Method

1. Chill a martini glass with ice.
2. Now in a mixing glass, muddle finger lime. Fill with ice then add all ingredients and stir until chilled. Discard ice from a martini glass.
3. Fine strain the mixture into a martini glass and top it up with Hibiscus Tonic Water.
